Best time: March to May and September to November. From the airport: Keikyu train or monorail to central Tokyo, 20 to 30 minutes. Don't miss: Asakusa and Senso-ji, Shibuya and Shinjuku, a day trip to Nikko or Kamakura.
Osaka · 3 to 4 days
Best time: March to May and September to November. From the airport: Nankai rapi:t train to Namba in about 40 minutes, or the JR Haruka to Kyoto. Don't miss: Dotonbori, Osaka castle, day trips to Kyoto and Nara.
